Lately, I have been trying to start my twenty-four hours with a high protein breakfast. Usually, I drinkable coffee, and I am not hungry until around 11 or even later if I am focused. This makes me ravenous in the afternoon and ends up leading to bad dejeuner and snacking choices. That is why I am making a concentrated attempt to eat breakfast even if I am non hungry. This morning I made this high poly peptide breakfast in only fifteen minutes while I fabricated and drank my coffee. It was the model of efficiency!

High Protein Breakfast – this healthy egg salad breakfast and sausage breakfast can be made in 15 minutes – it is low carb and you can make it ahead.I started with my egg boiling contraption that allows me to hard boil eggs in the microwave in 7 minutes. It is epic! I added the water in the bottom and put the eggs in, and the set the microwave for seven minutes. That gave me fourth dimension to make my coffee.

When I took the eggs out of the microwave, I put them in an ice bathroom while I heated up my Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage for thirty seconds. The Fully Cooked Breakfast Sausages are ready so quickly! They are a great add-on to whatever quick high protein breakfast. I peeled the eggs one time they cooled and used an egg slicer to cutting them upwardly.

Then, I mixed 1 tbsp of low-cal mayo and 1/4 tsp of sriracha into the egg salad.

I severed the egg salad in a gatsby era champagne glass because you swallow with your optics first and I am more likely to dive in if the food looks highly-seasoned.
